Shipping Policy

Please note: order processing times are separate from shipping times. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

While we strive to process orders as soon as possible, potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems, Covid and public holidays that are outside of our control.

Shipping is completely free and will be automatically applied at check out!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mythology Made is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mythologymade@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all faulty purchases. 

If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice. 

If you purchased the wrong size, we'll swap it over! Just pay shipping.

We're only human - if we sent the wrong item, we'll swap it over no questions asked. 

To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The issue (faulty product, wrong size)

  • What you'd like (exchange or refund)

Now for the nitty gritty – you have 10 days from the you received your item to issue the return request form. After 10 days from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.
